This GDPR Privacy Policy supplements the information contained in Aiwyn's Privacy Policy and applies to all individuals who are within the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the UK or Switzerland ("you"). We adopt this notice to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any terms defined in the GDPR have the same meaning when used in this Policy. This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we work with the Data Controllers to ensure one or more of the following are in place where required under the law: EU Standard Contractual Clauses for the data recipient outside the EEA or the UK, verification that the recipient has implemented Binding Corporate Rules, or other legal method available to us under applicable law.

How do we store your data?

Our Company securely stores your data using the Google Cloud Platform.
Our Company will keep your data under the terms of the contract with your Data Controllers. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data as under the terms of the contract with the Data Controllers.

Selling and Marketing with your data

Our Company does not sell your information or use your information for any third-party marketing purposes. We may market to you directly by emailing you information about Aiwyn’s Services. You are free to opt out of such communications at any time by Contacting Us.

Sharing your data

Aiwyn makes reasonable efforts to limit the number of Personal Data fields it shares about you with its customers and suppliers, for example when you make a payment on our Site. Personal Data sharing is limited to information in your Account or that information you provide when you do not register for an Account but make a payment. To enable our Services and protect your personal information when it is shared with 3^rd parties under contract with Aiwyn, we create numeric payee, invoice and other IDs to mask your Personal Data when enabling or confirming payments made by you.

What are your data protection rights?

Our Company would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access - You have the right to request Our Company for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification - You have the right to request that Our Company correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Our Company to complete information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure - You have the right to request that Our Company erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing - You have the right to request that Our Company restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing - You have the right to object to Our Company's processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability - You have the right to request that Our Company transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
